Committees

There are currently seven committees staffed by unpaid volunteers in our neighborhood:

Architectural Control Committee
Reviews applications for exterior changes to homes and enforces CC&R’s rules.

Finance Committee
With the Treasurer and the Board prepares and annual budget, oversees expenditures and  manages assets.

Business Process Committee
Recommends business processes and rules and reviews/maintains governing documents

Landscape and Roads Committee
Maintains our private roads and manages vegetation along our private roads and entrances.

Communications Committee
Plans and manages tools for communications with homeowners and residents.

Nominating Committee
Recruits nominees for the Board of Directors and manages the annual elections.

Hospitality/Community Events Committee
Welcomes new residents and plans association-sponsored social activities
