Located eight miles north of downtown Tucson, the Foothills Clusters offers convenient access to the University of Arizona, cultural centers, schools, hospitals, exclusive shopping and fine dining.  Residences are single-story, single-family homes that were constructed since the mid-1970’s.  Homes are situated along thirty-nine cul-de-sacs.  Common Areas spread throughout the neighborhood help provide added separation between homes.  Foothills Clusters provide a unique sense of desert living in a thriving urban setting.
